About Misfits
Restaurant owner Tom Fearnes has loved his partner Cass for as long as he can remember, but their work often keeps them apart. When he meets a striking young man named Jake on the vibrant streets of Camden Town, their heady first encounter takes an unexpected turn.
Jake Thompson can hardly believe his luck when he wakes up in Tom’s bed. Tom is gorgeous, kind, and . . . taken. Tom’s explanation of his open relationship leaves Jake cold, but Tom is too tempting, and when hard times force Jake to accept Tom’s helping hand, he finds himself between two men who’ve lost their way.

Cass Pearson is a troubled soul. He loves Tom with all he has, but some days it feels like he hasn’t much to give. Jake seems like the perfect solution. Cass risks everything to push Jake and Tom together, but Jake resists, wary, until the darkness of Cass’s past comes to call. Then Jake finds himself the last man standing, and it’s time to dig deep and shine a light for the men he’s grown to love.

Welcome Spencer Dryden today

Image
Please give a warm welcome to author Spencer Dryden who is sitting down to chat withme about their new book, The Substitute.

So tell us about your latest or upcoming release. What is this gem about?
"The Substitute" is another in my series of tradesmen tales. In this story, a union journeyman plumber risks his career by assuming a false identity to substitute for an injured buddy who owns a non-union plumbing business. "Gary's" day turns surreal when he arrives at the first appointment and discovers the client is expecting sex and not plumbing services.

If you could be any paranormal creature what would you be

Welcome Breathless Press author Franny Armstrong today...

So tell us about your latest or upcoming release. What is this gem about?

In the Toxic Tango Troop series, I have Jinn & Toxic, and Minx Juliette, but soon will have a hot and steamy story, book three, Blaque Russian. The story continues with a sexy black man with Captain Tab McTavish's kidnapped sister, Tara. (from the Jinn & Toxic) She is a feisty female who gives the impression that she's delicate. That can prove to be a deadly mistake when she's crossed.
·How often does your muse distract you from day to day minutiae?
My muses (two of them) keep me hopping night and day. I live in the world of the stories I write. Every day I'm on the computer for hours on end, creating challenges for the heroes/heroines, and putting up road blocks for the villains. I love to live in those places.
If you could be any paranormal creature what would you be?
I write about psychics, and seeing as I am one, I love to embellish …
