To get us started can you tell us a little about what you are working on or have coming out? 

Dangerously Hers is the third release in the science-fiction, romance, erotic, Loving Dangerously series. We first met Jess (the heroine of this story) in Dangerously Yours (the second story). She was a handful in that story and we now find out what makes her tick and more about her life. Jess is a woman who is still trying to find her footing after being abducted from Earth and sold to an alien brothel. She deserves her happy ending and I provided her with one in the form of a sinfully hot alien who adores everything about her.

I have two more books on the way for the Loving Dangerously series, Dangerously His and Dangerously Forever. I have more stories in my head for that series so hopefully the books won't stop there. I’m also working on a superhuman book that will be included in a multi-author series. I have played with two other books that I would like to finish in 2014. I’m hoping 2014 will be the year of a new series as well as the growth of Loving Dangerously.

How would you describe yourself using only five words? 

Driven, loyal, family oriented, loving and honest.

If you could write a warning label for yourself as a person or an author, what would it say? 

Warning: woman has a hard time holding her tongue. In the event she says something to offend walk away and don’t look back.

Do you have any guilty pleasures? 

Chocolate, four star hotel rooms, room service, mindless television and traveling.

Name one thing readers would be surprised to know about you. 

That my life isn’t as glamorous as they would imagine an erotic authors life to be. It’s pretty mundane and filled with working, writing, taking care of a husband, children and pets.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? 

Right about now, somewhere warm and tropical. I hate winter and I hate snow.

How do you get yourself in the mood to write? 

It doesn’t take much to get me into the mood (lol). I just fire-up the lap-top and start. I don’t have anything special that I do or rituals to abide by. If I have the time I do it. If not, well, I’m thinking about doing it.

Can you share with us your typical writing day.  Is there anything you have to have while writing? 

It’s pretty hectic. I work a full-time day job and then come home to write. I can write for hours, sometimes into the wee hours of the night, only to get up and start the process all over again. I like to think that I’m productive when I write, sitting down and finishing chapters after chapters, but many times I don’t. I’m easily distracted by the wonders of television and the perils of Facebook.

Who are some of your favorite authors? 

Dean Koontz and Joey W. Hill are topping my list right now. I have a ton of favorites though.

What is in your To Read Pile that you are dying to start or upcoming release you can’t wait for? 

My TBR list has just grown from 100+ books to 200+books in the past month. I have so many books that I want to read and/or finish. I’m still on page 2 of the last book in the Hunger Games and I got that book when it first came out for God’s sake. *mutters* there is not enough time in the day to do everything that I want to do.

Is there something special you do to celebrate when one of your books is released? 

Nothing special. I’m usually so worked up and pumped full of nervous energy that I’m freaking out about the new release. I always plan to share the event with my family, maybe a party or nice dinner. But by the time comes around I can't find my way up from down.

Do you have a favorite TV show you can't miss? 

Right now it American Horror Story and Sleepy Hollow. I do miss them every now and then because my muse refuses to be ignored, but I watch what I miss usually the next day. I love paranormal stories like these.

If you could date any character from any book, who would it be and why-no it doesn't have to be from your books?

I love all of the heroes from my stories. But if I had to pick one, I think I would date Taio. He’s the hero of my first book in the Loving Dangerously series, Dangerously Mine. I love a man with power and strength. Also, being hot as heck and a sinful body doesn’t hurt.

What is the strangest source of writing inspiration you’ve ever had?

I write science-fiction. Nothing is really strange to me. LOL

If your muse were to talk behind your back, what secrets would he/she tell?

She would complain that I don’t write fast enough and I often don’t listen to what she is trying to tell me. I imagine her being very snarky to say the least. I think of her as my frenemy.
