Emma Dean is enjoying having her BFF's, Maggie and Liddy, here with her in Wyndham Beach and she loves her work she does at the town's Art Center she runs. This summer she has a group of visiting artists enjoying the summer creating their medium in Wyndham Beach. But it all pales when she discovers her late husband's long term affair in paperwork she finally goes through. Even though it's been over a decade he has passed, the pain of his affair is fresh and has Emma question everything about her marriage to him. It will take the wisdom and friendship of Maggie and Liddy to help her overcome this betrayal even as a new romance that may help Emma heal as well as a surprise that will turn her life inside out.

Mariah Stewart's final book in her Wyndham Beach trilogy is just as good as her first two books. We catch up with Maggie and Liddy as well as their children but this final book centers on Emma of the three friends and I love how the main characters (Emma, Liddy and Maggie) are older and more mature. I find I can relate better to those characters instead of the 20-something MC's that don't have a brain or life experiences to help them. Mariah Stewart delivers an emotional and uplifting book about family, friendships, second chance at love and more in All that We Are and I highly recommend it as well as the first two books: An Invincible Summer (Book 1) and Goodbye Again (Book 2). I look forward to seeing what this author creates next for her readers to enjoy.

Book 1: An Invincible Summer

Book 2: Goodbye Again
