Knowing Her Place – It’s all in the Eyes

Hi Dawn! Many thanks for letting me stop by on the third day of my blog tour celebrating the release of Knowing Her Place.

Knowing Her Place is the third and final novel in The Perfect Submissive Trilogy. Having survived her training as a submissive in Book 1 (The Perfect Submissive), and escaped from a warped fairytale adventure in Book 2 (The Retreat), Miss Jess Sanders is about to face a far tougher adventure...

Blurb-

With her head full of unanswered questions, exhausted from her fairytale experience at the hands of Dr Ewen, Lady Tia, and the staff of the adult entertainment service provided by The Retreat, Jess Sanders is desperate to leave Scotland, and return to her usual submissive position at the exclusive Fables Hotel in Oxford.

Having been thwarted in his plans to keep Jess at The Retreat permanently, its owner David Proctor isn’t willing to let Jess go back to her dominatrix, Miss Sarah, and her employer, Mrs Peters, without sending her on one final mission. Only if she succeeds in her task, will Proctor remove the collar of servitude he has locked around Jess’s neck.

With a list of five unknown addresses in her hand, Jess Sanders is placed in a car and driven from The Retreat towards England. With no idea what or who awaits her at the first stop, all Jess can hope for is that her journey will eventually take her back to where she belongs.

To the Fables Hotel, where Jess Sanders truly knows her place.

On her journey through Scotland and England, Jess Sanders is faced with five different, extremely kinky, challenges in five different locations. At her first stop, an office block in Northumberland, Jess meets a man called Shaun with a very unusual obsession - eyes.

Shaun, the company’s extremely hot security guard, really does believe that the eyes are the doorway to the soul- and he has been waiting a very long time for a girl to help test that theory...

...she perched on a grey metal chair opposite the table, upon which the webcam was in full operation. Jess’s back and thighs were sticky against the smooth surface. Her hands were cupping her breasts as per Shaun’s instructions, and her legs were clasped firmly together.

‘You look delightful, Miss Sanders.’

Jess didn’t reply. She couldn’t. An accidental moan of pleasure as Shaun’s fingers had brushed her nipples through her bra when he’d stripped off her jacket, jumper, and blouse, had given him the excuse she knew he’d been hoping for to gag her. A scrap of grey material was wrapped tightly around her head and between her lips. The sound of Jess breathing through her nose rippled across its taut surface.

Picking his hat off the table, Shaun plonked it on Jess’s head. ‘Pretty as a picture.’ He crouched in front of her so that his back view was also visible in the recording.

Jess knew the camera was recording, but wasn’t sure if it was transmitting to David live, or if the film would be completed and sent later – and perhaps doctored if Shaun so desired.

‘Do you understand what is going to happen?’

Jess nodded. Her hands felt clammy as her nipples pushed back against her palms with an eagerness for attention that was equal to the nervous speculation swimming in her belly. She wished he hadn’t told her what was coming. Wished she hadn’t already seen the line of phalluses she was going to face. But Jess knew that was the point. That he had shown her them, and told her in infinite detail how he was doing to ease each one in turn into her; how he was going to take his time to stretch her most intimate passage to its fullest, so she’d freak out.

He’d told Jess he was sure this would be no problem for her, as in the course of her employment she must have accommodated a number of different-sized men and objects. He described how, while he worked, he wanted to watch her eyes, wanted to see the expressions they produced. He believed the eyes actually were the pathway to the soul, and they alone would tell him how well she was coping.

As Shaun had spelled out his intentions, a sense of alarm had risen in her gut. Jess was used to strange requests being made of her supple body. Thanks to the intense training she’d undergone at the hands of Miss Sarah, she was secure in the bounds of her extreme stamina, but this man worried her. He was so relaxed; so physically unmoved by her situation. There was no obvious bulge in his uniform trousers, no discernible quickening of his pulse, no flush of red to his face or chest. He merely appraised her with a comfortable, analytical ruthlessness, as if he was a research scientist on a strict deadline.

The last thing Shaun had told Jess before she’d been made to sit in the chair was how he was going to perform his every move in time to the music that now filled the room. Although it was definitely on, the volume was at that frustrating level of quiet you couldn’t ignore. You could more feel the sound than hear it clearly. Its muted melody resounded through Jess, its beat copying that of her pulse.

Knowing next to nothing about classical music, when Shaun had asked for her musical preference, Jess had answered, ‘Wagner.’ It had been a shot in the dark, and now she suspected she’d chosen unwisely. The force of the low operatic stanzas echoed in her ribs, telling her with frightening clarity that the speed at which Shaun would act would be more erratic and thrusting than if she’d picked Beethoven’s less dramatic lilt.

‘How do your tits feel?’

Shaun’s voice was raw with an expectation that his body wasn’t showing.

Jess stared straight at him, trying to communicate with her eyes as he’d demanded, not sure how she could control the responses of her pupils.

‘You’ll have to try harder than that.’ Shaun placed his hands over hers and pushed, sending a mixture of pleasure and anguish through her chest that caused Jess’s eyes to flash back at him. ‘That’s better.’

Taking his hands away, his gaze unblinking and steady on Jess’s face, Shaun said, ‘Interesting. Your body positively gasped with loss when my hands came away. It appears David has not been misleading me. You really do respond better when pain is applied alongside the fun, don’t you?’

The groan building in her throat escaped through her nose in a strangled snort. She braced herself for a slap of correction, but it didn’t come. Shaun didn’t seem interested in anything other than the responses of her eyes. The muscles of Jess’s channel contracted. She knew full well her eyes would betray her if her body began to struggle with the task ahead, and there was nothing she could do about it...

Although each of The Perfect Submissive Trilogy novels can be read on their own, you’ll get far more out of Jess’s adventure if you have followed it from the beginning.
