What’s your favorite thing to do when you’re not saving (the world, clients, your mate)?

When David allows, I love to write and draw.  I have a little graphic novel project I love to work on.  David always encourages me and is eager to read what I have done.

What is it about your love interest David that makes you crazy in a good way?

 Umm…everything?  :)

Do you sometimes want to strangle your writer? Thrash her/him to within an inch of their life? Make them do the stupid crap they makes you do?

Not at all.  I find her to be very sensitive and understanding.  I’m not sure I could tell my story to someone who wasn’t.

Favorite food?  

Either chocolate chip cookies warm and gooey from the oven or mac and cheese.

Tell me a little bit about your world. What are your greatest challenges in that world? 

My world is the same as everyone else’s.  The only difference i can see is the type of relationship i’m in.  People consider Dom/sub “kinky” or unconventional, but i can’t imagine my life without David’s Dominance and guiding hand and i don’t want to.  my relationship before was a textbook case of abuse disguised as Dominance .  David and he came along showed me true power exchange, the strength in submission.  Basically, he brought me back to life.

Describe yourself in four words.  

submissive, wary, artistic, healing

What do you do for a living?

i am unemployed, but happily spend my days making David’s house a home for both of us.

What do you fear the most?

Disappointing David or losing him.

He did as David said and worked on a couple pages of the new Desolate Dreams saga before his hand started to cramp. He scribbled down a few more ideas before he put away his pens, gathered up the finished pages, and placed them in a file folder. He tossed away the mistakes and rewrites before starting dinner.

David told him he wanted some more Italian, so Kenneth decided upon fettuccine alfredo with chicken and broccoli florets. As he prepared the meal and it got closer to the time David usually arrived home, Kenneth’s mind began to work overtime, churning up scenario after scenario of how David would punish him—each more horrific than the last. Kenneth knew better, but old memories crowded in to block everything Kenneth had learned in the months he had been with his new, loving Dom. He heard the key in the lock and quickly stripped off the T-shirt and hurried into the living room and into the rest position, on his knees, head bowed, and hands behind his back.

A heavy hand patted his head, fingers threading through his flaxen hair. “On your feet, Kenneth Ryan.”

Kenneth’s insides did a somersault. David never addressed him like that. It was always “boy” or simply “Kenneth.” He has been letting you stew all day!  A little triumphant voice crowed. You are gonna get it. Kenneth shivered and rose to his feet. He couldn’t lift his head, didn’t want to see the warm, loving expression David always fixed on him replaced by malice and anger.

“Please, Sir.” Please don’t beat me. Don’t hurt me. I’ll do anything you want. It was an accident.

David cupped his chin and forced his head to rise. Kenneth blinked and hot tears raced down his cheeks. “We need to have a little talk, don’t we?”
