Pink Petal Books, a high-quality boutique publisher, is pleased to announce a new line of erotic short stories from 5000 to 15000 words. Stories will be released as part of Pink Petal Books’ regular line up, and will be marked by specific covers showcasing them as being part of the “Just Shorts” program. Both published and unpublished authors are welcome.

Genre: All romance genres are welcome; however, we are only accepting erotic short stories for the “Just Shorts” program, the hotter the better.

If you have or are currently working on a story that might be suitable, please send the entire manuscript, as well as a cover letter tosubmissions@pinkpetalbooks.com and indicate “Just Shorts” in the subject line, along with the story’s title. Stories may be sent as Word files attached, with the cover letter in the body of the email.

“Just Shorts” Guidelines:

• 5k-15k word stories must have romance, and either a happily ever after or a happily for now ending.
• M/F, M/M, F/F and ménage accepted
• Heat rating: crank up the heat! All erotic heat levels accepted

As this is an ongoing submission call, there are not any deadlines.

Publishing And Payment Information: Stories will be released as ebooks with price points of $2.49 or less. We will pay royalties of 40% of the sales price for all sales from our website. For third party sales, we pay 40% of what we receive.
