My Personal Review for Chasing the Dream Anthology

Chasing the Dream is an anthology that will tease, tantalize and in the process, steal your heart. Five authors, five unique stories that will leave you wondering on how to chase your own dream.

Now onto my personal review of Chasing The Dream....

Sue Brown's Racing Raindrops tells a story of a closeted gay man who takes a chance in going into a gay bar on a stormy night. What happens next is something Tony DiMarco is not expecting.

GA Hauser's Nasty Boys is a hot sexy tale of a fireman who wants to be a porn star and meets a sexy boy named Blaze who stirs his lust. After a hot night of passion, Clyde finds out Blaze has a secret that will rock his world.

Next up is Sammy Jo Hunt's The Soul Awakening. A story of Michael Nolan who finds himself lost and marooned on a dark road one night in Transylvania. Meeting the mysterious and sexy stranger has him turned inside out. But Zander has a secret that will have Michael questioning everything he knows and longing to be with the one man who stolen his heart.

Then in Patricia Logan's Chasing Deuce, we got a long time couple who find their love life is a little stale. Colt has longed to spice things up with his lover Deuce but when he mentions he wants a threesome, he is surprised when Deuce agrees but it has to be one night only. But Slade is the man Colt wants in their bedroom and now the question is, will Slade be the heat these two hunky cowboys need or the one to tear them apart?

Finally in Lisa Worrall's Dreaming of You, Noah Kinkade is offered the chance to restore an old mansion to it's former glory. What  he finds there is something straight out of a dream and has him longing for more.

Chasing the Dream Anthology is a series of stories that have one thing in common-dreams. They can be dream lovers, dreams of riches, families or other things. These five authors deliver an anthology that left me spellbound till the very end. Each author has wonderful stories that will tease and tantalize you as you eagerly flip the pages for more. The writing is tight, the sex smoking hot and the story lines flow smoothly. I loved each story and fell a little bit in love with all the characters in this book. There was no one or two people that stole my heart. It was equally the entire cast of characters within this anthology that stole their way into my heart. Each story was wonderfully written, kept my attention and left me wondering-will these authors write longer stories featuring these characters? I am hoping they will in the future.

The characters, though are in a short story, are well rounded, multidimensional and definitely capture your attention just from their sheer magnetism once they get on the pages. I loved how each of the stories couples’ worked through issues quickly though at times I did want to smack some sense in a few of them just for being stubborn hot heads. 

Chasing the Dream anthology starts strong and continues to stay strong with each story that deliver emotions, sexual tension and a love that is meant to be. I loved each and every one and hope these five authors get together again for another project. I can attest that once you start this anthology, you won’t want to put it down…not even to eat dinner or sleep. I can’t wait to see what else these author’s have in store for their readers individually now.
