Goodbye to 2009 and a decade that seemed to fly by with a blink of an eye. I started the decade married and pregnant with my son and ended the decade, a divorced mom of two in a long term relationship with a man who is the love I have been looking for. My kids are happy and settled, I have a career I love and many friends-online and offline. As 2009 closes, I look back at he decade as one where I finally found the woman I was to be after a few years of hardship and heart broken sadness. We said goodbye to friends, family and others as they flew the nest, lost their battle to illness or other ways and we faced adversity with a smile and toughed it out until we saw that lining in the sky.

Here is to all of you who faced the ups and downs of life with a smile and wink, who always had a joke to make others smile and giggle, May 2010 and this new decade bring you success, happiness and all you desire.
