Tell us about your latest book, who are the main character(s) and what can we expect when we pick it up? This is the story of two people who meet and need each other, but they don’t realize it at first. There’s attraction, but in the end, Kyle and Hayden realize they need each other. Not just in love, but in life.
Fire off five words to describe your book. Hot, passion, intrigue, tension, love
Do you come up with the hook first, or do you create characters first and then dig through until you find a hook? Each story is different. With some it’s the hook, with others it’s the characters This one is one of the hook stories.
Which of your characters would you want to share a
campfire with, and why? I always love
firefighters, so I’d say Hayden. I’d
love to spend time getting to better understand what makes that sort of person
tick.
Tell us about what you are reading at the moment or anticipate reading in the future? I am reading The Gunkle and I’m laughing my butt off. It is an amazing story about teaching and learning.
What led you to becoming an author? I sort of fell into it. I started a story some years ago, it worked,
so I tried it again. After that I never
looked back.
Name one song or artist that gets you fired up. I always loved Money as an artist. His water lilies always make me feel like I’m
in a magical garden.
What’s next for you, do you have any exciting projects coming up? Are you writing another book? I am always writing a book, But the biggest thing coming is Dragged To The Wedding. It releases October 17 and is my first book with Harlequin. You’ll cry, smile, and laugh.

Blurb/Synopsis:
Kyle Wilson hasn’t had it easy. His insecurities and nasty
home life made him lash out as a kid, and when he finally came out as gay, his
family disowned him. Then, just when he’s pulled his life together and gotten
his construction company running, he’s caught in a fire and forced to take costly
time off.
When firefighter Hayden Walters rescues a man from a burning
building, he’s just doing his job. He doesn’t expect it to turn his life
upside-down, but the man is none other than Hayden’s high school bully.
He definitely doesn’t expect Kyle to come to the station to
thank him in person.
With awkward apologies out of the way, Kyle and Hayden
realize they have a lot in common. And when it turns out someone set the fire
at Kyle’s construction site to target him, they find they can solve each other’s
problems too: Hayden needs a place to stay while his apartment is renovated,
and Kyle doesn’t want to be alone in case the firebug strikes again. Things
between the two of them quickly heat up—but so does the arsonist’s agenda. Can
they track down the would-be killer before it’s too late?
