LR Cafe's 'Best of 2013' Award Nominees and Important info on voting, etc

First thing is voting will begin January 20th to Jan. 24th, 2014. It runs from midnight to midnight est (USA) time. Voting instructions will be given out in the next few days as I am finalizing a few things for this first so please be patient.

Announcement of Winners will be on January 28th 2014 at Noon pm est (USA). on the LR Cafe Yahoo Group and on the LR Cafe Facebook Group.
