Submission Call

Xcite Books is the UK's largest erotic publisher. It produces erotic fiction in paperback, ebook and audio formats, and is the winner of the Book Brand of the Year at the 2012 ETO awards.

We are currently looking for original, previously unpublished stories of between 3,000 and 5,000 words for the 'Boys in Bed' m/m print anthology. Any setting/theme (BDSM, contemporary, historical etc) is welcome, but note we are looking for pure m/m action - no m/m/f, please. All sexual acts must be consensual and legal, and all characters must be 18+.

A flat fee of £50 per story will be paid to cover worldwide print, ebook and audio rights for five years. Please do not submit if these are not available.

Submissions should be emailed to submissions@xcitebooks.com. Please submit in a plain, legible 12 point font, and do not include extra returns between paragraphs or indent paragraphs with tab stops. Full contact details must be provided including legal name, pseudonym if required, address and email. We also require a 80-100 blurb describing the story (NOT am author bio).

Deadline for submissions is September 5th for publication in January 2013.
