WRITERS WRITE...WRITING PARTNERS FEUD

THANKSGIVING’S ROMANTIC BLESSINGS
By: Angelica Hart and Zi

We are thankful for words that flow
Creating muscle-tight heroes, oh oh
And lovely heroines so sexy and bold
A sensual love story’s bound to unfold
It is our need to give you a savory taste
Of passion’s pinnacle at a slow pace
Lips so rough against a mouth that quivers
Arms that embrace to bring you shivers
Characters entwine as hearts double-beat
Building and building to an incredible heat
We are grateful if you become breathless
As a character utters, oh yes, yes, yes
A strong hand must fondle and explore
As deep desires grow and searing senses soar
Clothes peel away, leaving nature’s allure
And one offers as the other pleads for more
Oh, we so appreciate delivering pull and tug
Sexual tension that becomes a seductive drug
A story of fantasy might be your cuppa tea
Or does a space captain bring you pure glee
Something contemporary might be the key
Or is it the erotic that sets your heart free
No matter the genre, no matter the plot or tome
How grateful we are that you bring our story home
But most of all it is you the reader we appreciate most
Thank you for letting us be your romantic literary host
