My Personal Review for An Unsettled Range by Andrew Grey

Whenever I pick up one of this author's books I always have that sense of coming home. It doesn't matter what series or book I choose, each one captivates me and makes me long to visit the characters.

His latest range story, An Unsettled Range, delivers more than an average story. It has two wounded main characters to fall in love with, returning characters that leave you swooning and a story that transfixes you till the very end. This is an author who knows when to give his characters room to grow, breathe and tell the tale they want to tell.

Within the first few pages, I was hooked. Troy & Liam are hurting so bad, all I wanted to do was gather them up and pat them on the back, while saying it's all right. They touched my heart and the sparks flew between them.  I loved how this author captured these guys vulnerabilities even as they tried to show a 'stiff upper lip', as the Brits say. Liam is a perfect foil for Troy and I loved getting to see these two interact with one another and the other characters in the series. There was a few new ones as well that had me on the edge of my seat, wondering if they will show up in future books in the series.

Andrew Grey delivers another timeless tale with An Unsettled Range, his third book in the ‘Stories from the Range’ series. His writing is eloquent, steals your heart and delivers a story that leaves you breathless till the very end. What I love the most about this author’s work is his fascinating characters. They are frankly the whole appeal to me with his books. With each story I read from Andrew Grey, I fall more and more in love with his books. He has this knack of creating characters that are at the same time tough yet vulnerable, has a core of steel running through them that lets the reader see into the soul of them. That, for me, is the perfection of this author’s work.

I frankly can not wait for more books from this author in the future and what I spy on his coming soon page has me eagerly awaiting the next book in the series. If you enjoy cowboys who wear jeans really well, a story that will steal your heart and simmering sexual tension as hearts heal and open up, then try an Andrew Grey book. I guarantee you will be addicted mid-way of a story by him.

My Rating for An Unsettled Range: 4.5 Stars
